1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

- Bubbles n Baths reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspicious activity.
2. No Return Policy
Due to the personal care and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Used or opened products
3. Damaged or Defective Products
We only offer refunds or replacements in case of damaged or defective items.
To be eligible:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos as proof of damage
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
Once verified, we will:
- Offer a replacement (subject to availability), or
- Issue a refund to the original payment method
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- In case of COD orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- In case of damaged product replacement, we may cover the return shipping if applicable
